Maralys Wills, an award-winning author, brings her varied andexciting lifestyle to the podium. An author of twelve books in a variety of genres, she was never content to contemplate life in the abstract: she was too busy living it. Even as her six children (five boys and a girl), were growing up, Wills began teaching novel-writing to adults, bestowing on them her energy, her enthusiasm, and her passion for good writing.
With a husband who has always craved a front seat in the world’s theater, and sons who led the family into extraordinary pursuits like hang gliding, Wills has personally experienced endless adventures, and is quick to find the humor in such events as the family leaping out a window of the Nauschwanstein Castle. She speaks on a range of topics: whether discussing writing advice, the excitement and perils of being an author, or Making Your Own Luck, Wills incorporates both solid tips and, as always, a fresh sense of humor.
